These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the ck66 platform and its users. You are required to read and fully understand these Terms before using any service provided through the ck66 website, app, or any other channel.

By accessing the ck66 platform, opening an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

These Terms are written in English and apply to the Bangladesh market. ck66 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on ck66, you must be at least 21 years old. This platform is open only to those aged 21 and above. Minors are not permitted to open accounts, and any such account found will be closed immediately.

2.2 Registration Requirements

Each user may open only one account. All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited.

• Complete and accurate personal information must be provided.
• An active, personal email address must be used.
• Access must be from Bangladesh.
• You must agree to provide the necessary documents for identity verification.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To maintain a safe and trustworthy environment, ck66 may request identity verification from users at any time. Government-issued documents such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence may be required. If documents are not provided within the specified timeframe, the account may be temporarily suspended.

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. Sharing this information or allowing a third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.

ck66 uses SSL encryption technology to keep your information and transactions secure. Even so, users are advised to use strong passwords and change them regularly.

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on ck66: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

Deposited funds must be sent from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and any such transactions will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals may be held if any active bonus conditions have not been met.
• ck66 reserves the right to review withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

After opening a new account on ck66, a 150% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Alternatively, depositing ৳14,000 or more earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each user may claim each promotion a maximum of one time.
• Bonuses apply only to legitimate betting activity — placing opposing bets on the same event or using systematic strategies to meet wagering requirements is prohibited.
• ck66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In the event of a breach of conditions, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited.

Betting on ck66 is available on cricket, football, badminton, kabaddi, and other popular sports events. Bets can also be placed on slots, live casino, and other casino games.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered final and valid only when a confirmation message is displayed by the system. Bets that remain in an unconfirmed state due to network issues or technical errors may be automatically voided.

6.2 Sports Betting

All sports betting is conducted in accordance with standard international betting rules. Specific rules for individual sports can be found on the respective sport's page. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, the related bet is generally voided and the stake returned.

6.3 Live Betting

Odds in live betting can change rapidly. If odds change before a bet is confirmed, the system will give you the option to accept the new odds. Delays in live betting may occur due to technical or connectivity issues.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck66 platform and will result in account closure and, where necessary, legal action:

• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to manipulate or hack the platform's software.
• Operating multiple accounts to circumvent bonus conditions.
• Using another user's account.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive behaviour towards other users or staff.
• Making fraudulent payment claims or chargebacks.

ck66 treats the protection of users' personal information as its highest priority. The information you provide is used solely for account management, identity verification, transaction processing, and customer support.

ck66 is committed to operating a safe and reliable platform. However, ck66's liability will be limited in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by internet connectivity or device failure.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unexpected technical issues or downtime due to server maintenance.
• Account credential exposure resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Natural disasters or force majeure events.

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ck66 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount.

ck66 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Death or legal incapacity of the account holder.
• Account closure at the user's own request.

If an account is closed for a legitimate reason, the remaining real-money balance (excluding any bonus amounts) will be returned. However, if closure is due to a breach of conditions, the entire balance may be forfeited.
